Candy at Christmas

One of the thing that concerns me about the holidays is the amount of candy the kids eat. I hope parents have their Dental Plan in place! International Health Insurance companies are realizing that this is a concern. Some companies are offering incentives for healthy diets.
Do any of you parents have ideas on how to limit the amount of candy intake while not spoiling Christmas? Thanks for tips that you guys have.
